Traco Power say to use filters on the input and only put a capacitor on the output. This capacitor exists on the PCB. I was also thinking of putting a filter on the output, but I left that may be for another time.
https://www.tracopower.com/int/series/tsr-1eLZ1JERhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02403239610189542164noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3778191393970845066.post-21317183403760821042023-11-10T14:39:48.769+02:002023-11-10T14:39:48.769+02:00Did you install filters on the output or the input...Did you install filters on the output or the input?
I ask because your diagram shows them on the input but it makes more sense to install them between the output and the G90 circuitry.ンレhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16140187385769957671noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3778191393970845066.post-77387697606428714222023-05-11T17:54:18.194+03:002023-05-11T17:54:18.194+03:00Hi, Tim!

The noise level is OK, but i found two carriers at 500kHz and harmonics on 1, 2, 4 MHz (Out of HAM Bands). I installed filters and the interference was greatly reduced. I have changed both of them also, the transceiver is not hot anymore and the power consumption drop almost twice. I'm using the radio for portable operation on battery (LiFePo4 10Ah), so this mod is very important for me. Thanks.

https://drive.google.com/file/d/1DzJR51FSMVKJgBApDZJ0dNGZ7i3xE-B1/view?usp=sharing

73's Todor/LZ1JERLZ1JERhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02403239610189542164noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3778191393970845066.post-64795804063813363802021-07-28T18:08:35.783+03:002021-07-28T18:08:35.783+03:00No, I put them back, i just didn't took the ph...No, I put them back, i just didn't took the photo...YO3HJV, Adrianhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14435946248975140680noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3778191393970845066.post-16613651999963652632021-07-17T18:28:32.873+03:002021-07-17T18:28:32.873+03:00In the update do I remove the capacitors?In the update do I remove the capacitors?Borishttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16684016968433651493noreply@blogger.com
